Policies

For MULTI-WALL SHEETS

Effective 01 March 2008

Prices shown are in CAD$ Dollars.

Standard width sizes:

48” and 72” for 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 16mm and PolyCoolite

47-1/4” for 25mm, Titan Sky, RFX Selectogal, and Thermogal

24” c/c for 16mm TripleClip system

48” and 71-1/4” 8mm TripleClear 

Standard length:

8’, 10’, 12’ and 24’

Up to 36’ for Titan Sky and TripleClip 

Cut to size:

Tolerance for cutting is +/- 0.25” (1/4”)

Cut to length will be billed to the next complete foot (i.e. 8’-6” billed at 9’)

Cut to width will be billed at standard widths (i.e. 36” billed at 48”; 60” billed at 72”) 

Crating charge:

For orders over 1,200 square feet of 48” and/or 72” wide sheets AND standard 8’ or 12’ lengths – NO CRATING CHARGE

All other orders must add:

Crates up to 48” wide - $12.00 per lineal foot for crating – MINIMUM CRATING CHARGE is $90.00.

Crates over 48” wide - $15.00 per lineal foot for crating – MINIMUM CRATING CHARGE is $100.00.

Maximum crate weight is 2,000 pounds, maximum inside height is limited to 48” (1220mm). Orders exceeding weight or dimension will be subject to an additional crating charge. 

Minimum order is $750.00. For orders less than $750.00 ADD $75.00 less than $500.00 ADD $125.00 to the total invoice for small handling charge. 

Customer Purchase Orders:

All orders require a written customer purchase order to be received and booked prior to shipment. Verbal orders will NOT be accepted.

Customer changes/revisions of existing purchase orders affecting material, quantities and/or pricing will require a new written customer purchase order. 

Shipping:

Orders will be shipped from the warehouse 5 to 7 working days after acceptance of customer’s purchase order for in stock material.

For material not in stock, customer will be immediately notified and have the option of either canceling their purchase order or placing the material on back order. 

Freight policy:

Orders will be shipped either “freight collect” or “third party billing.” All customer purchase orders must contain preferred freight carrier, and indicate “freight collect” or “third party billing.” For orders desiring “third party billing,” indicate billing address and account number for freight.

All orders are shipped F.O.B. from the warehouse in Toronto. 

Payment Terms:

Standard credit terms are Net 30 fro invoice date for customers with approved credit accounts and with outstanding balances “current.”

New customers wishing to establish a credit account, a completed credit application MUST BE APPROVED BEFORE SHIPMENT IS MADE.

New customers not wishing to open a credit account must send payment in full with their purchase order.

“Volume Price” applies ONLY to orders received from customers who commit to purchasing over $150,000.00 per year.

“Stocking Distributor” prices are used ONLY for customers that are pre approved, and who commit to maintain minimum inventory levels in their warehouse.

Prices are subject to change without notice. 

Samples:

Sample requests will processed and shipped within 5 to 7 working days after receipt.

Samples (literature and/or material) will be sent via FedEx or UPS ground.

Large samples, which cannot be sent either via FedEx or UPS ground, may be subject to a crating and freight charge.

Requests for “overnight” delivery will be honored when possible and shipped at the requester’s expense via FedEx or UPS under the requester’s account number.

Material samples are normally 4”x4” or 12”x12”. Requests for larger sized samples must be approved by the Sales & Marketing Manager, and may be subject to crating and/or shipping charges. 

Returns:

Greenwall Solutions will not accept material returns without a Polygal issued RMA number.

Returns will NOT be accepted for special order material, or for material that has been cut to width or non-standard length.

Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking charge.

Returns may be subject to freight charges 

Cancellations:

Orders cut, crated but NOT shipped at the time of cancellation may be subjected to a re-stocking and crate charge.

Orders cut, crated and shipped at time of cancellation will be invoiced and subject to “Returns” policy above.

Rion Greenhouse Warranty

Rion Greenhouses are made of the finest materials and are manufactured to strict tolerances. They are resistant to not only significant heat and cold, but heavy winds and snow loads as well. Due to their high-quality materials and engineering Rion Greenhouses experience very few defective problems.

Product Warranty: Rion's warrants that for a period of 7 years from date of delivery to the end user that the greenhouses are warranted against damage or breakage caused by any defects in materials or workmanship subject to the exclusions set forth below.

 

Warranty for Repairs: Rion's warrants that any defective part will be replaced without additional expense to the customer.

Warranty Exclusions. The Warranty provided by Rion under this Agreement excludes any damage or deficiencies caused by or resulting from accident, fire, other hazards or extreme acts of nature; or alteration, modification, misuse, tampering, negligence, improper installation, maintenance conducted by unauthorized personnel, misapplication, mishandling or abuse of the greenhouses. Notwithstanding the above, this warranty does not apply where the greenhouse is not installed and used strictly in accordance with Rion’s specification and user manual, which are attached to the greenhouse.

Without derogation from the above, Rion is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damage in connection with the use of the greenhouse. This warranty is given to the original purchaser only.

Return Policy

We are proud of our products and want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase. All products are guaranteed. We will gladly provide a refund the purchase price less 15% to cover shipping and restocking fees, of your item(s) or exchange the item(s), as you wish within 30 days of receipt.

If you return your items, please provide original sales order number for a merchandise credit or credit card refund. Shipping charges are not refundable, and COD packages are not accepted. Any discounts given will be subtracted from returned merchandise refunds. Damaged or missing items noticed upon delivery should be reported promptly and will be replaced at our expense. Returned products must be in original condition. This includes original packaging material, manuals, and all other accessories provided by the manufacturer.

To return a product, you will need to obtain a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number.

Our customer service representative will give you an RMA number to be placed on your package(s). Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Once you receive your RMA you can return the merchandise through the mail for a refund or replacement. To make a return by mail, just complete the Return Form attached to the invoice that you received with your merchandise. Simply indicate the reason for return and the action to be taken, such as replacement or refund. Place the Return Form in the box with your merchandise. Be sure to include a copy of the invoice and keep one for your records.

When Your Order Arrives
Do not refuse delivery for minor damage. If a package is damaged, check the contents for damage before refusing delivery. If damage appears to be minor, and only a few items need to be replaced, we recommend accepting the shipment (or at least any undamaged packages) after making note of damages on delivery receipt. Doing this will speed up the replacement process in many cases because parts can be shipped sooner and faster delivery methods can be used.

Inventory the shipment.
Check the number of boxes received against the number shown on the driver's delivery sheet. If there is a shortage, write the number of missing boxes on your copy and the driver's copy of the receipt, and have the driver sign both copies.

If there is any problem with your shipment please contact us - we will quickly make any arrangements needed to fix any problems.
