· 30 DAY GUARANTEE

All our products are High Quality and we offer a 30 DAY GUARANTEE. Please contact us prior to any merchandise return. The product must be in the original condition and packaging and a 30% restocking and refurbishing fee will apply. If Item is not in original condition and packaging, we will determine the actual fee once the product is returned and we inspect it. All returns must be received within the 30 days of Receipt of goods. All refunds are based on your purchased price and there is no refund on the shipping cost under any circumstance.

We will not share the client’s information with any other websites or business.

· Damage Policy

Please inspect all packages received for damages. Do NOT throw away boxes or packing materials, otherwise your claim WILL NOT be honoured by the shipping company. For a claim to be made you must have paid for the shipping insurance. Please contact us for shipping damage - not the shipping company. All claims must be made thru us.

· Shipping Policy

All shipments are made in Canada. We ship thru FedEx Ground. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
